Ingredients:
2 1/2 Pound(s) potato, baking
1 Pound(s) cauliflower
1 onion, yellow
2 Teaspoon(s) ginger
1 Teaspoon(s) salt
1 Teaspoon(s) turmeric
Directions:
1. Saute onion and ginger until onion is clear
2. Add enough turmeric to turn the whole thing yellow (about 1 tbsp) and add salt
3. Add potatoes. Mix until evenly coated.
4. Add 1/4 cup water. Lower heat, cover, and cook, stirring occasionally. Add more water if it runs out, otherwise wait for potatoes to be mostly soft.
5. Mix in cauliflower or peas. Stir until evenly coated and cook for another 5-10 minutes, until potatoes are soft and frozen veggies are cooked.
